No, the session rate covers your use of the gym.
Our gym is only used by our clients and supervised by our personal trainers, by appointment only. There are no outside or independent trainers - just staff of DiSalvo Performance Training.

Definitely! While goals and desired physical results are more direct to plan for, we put the training first. The only thing we ask is that you come prepared and with a good attitude to learn and train.

Absolutely! Many of our clients were new to training when they started with us. It pays to get top quality instruction from the beginning of your fitness journey.
