Once enrolled, you’ll be sent an intake questionnaire that will help me further understand your goals and challenges.

When your questionnaire is received, we will schedule our 60 minute kick-off call. Local to NYC? We can hold our kick-off in person at DiSalvo Performance Training.
During this meeting we will review your intake questionnaire and deep dive into your past experiences, challenges, and goals, leading to the initial steps we’ll be taking to reach them.

Following that call, you will be delivered the start of your custom nutrition program.
This isn’t a complicated and restrictive calorie counting diet and we won’t demand unrealistic overnight changes…
…this is a program tailored to fit your goals, preferences, lifestyle, and capabilities. We will be working together to agree on the daily actions that will get you closer to reaching your goals.

From there, we’ll have bi-weekly 30 minute video calls and you will have access to your coach between sessions to keep you engaged and motivated.
Your nutrition program will evolve over our time together, building on new habits and keeping you on track regardless of obstacles that may get in the way.
We are not medical professionals and are not providing Medical Nutrition Therapy services or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional conditions.

Best for weight-class athletes who are already familiar with macro counting and are 8-12 weeks out from competition.
One hour kick-off call to discuss onboarding questionnaire in detail, including competition goals, training, current diet, past weight cuts, and lifestyle
Fully tailored macros and/or meal plan, plus competition day nutrition and hydration plan
Bi-weekly 30 minute check-in calls thereafter
Up to daily communication for weigh-in data

One-Time Strategy Session
Best if you’re looking for a thorough brainstorming session to improve your nutrition for general health or sports performance, without committing to ongoing coaching.

Not at all! If you love to cook, that will be part of your plan. But if not, we will work together to find simple and manageable options that will fit within the time and energy you have, despite your cooking preferences or skills.
Meet Bianca, Your Nutrition Coach
Bianca is a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coach and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who works with our athletes on performance nutrition and everyday individuals seeking to improve their general health or make lasting changes to their body composition. Her coaching approach focuses on building sustainable habits to help clients achieve their goals.
Bianca has been a competitive powerlifter for over 5 years and serves as a state referee for the USAPL. She also previously trained and competed in Olympic weightlifting and has competed in a super total meet (ask her about it if you're curious!).
