Personal Training

Personal Training at DiSalvo Performance is our core competency. With over a decade of experience in the craft of personal training, Mark and our staff have sharpened our methods and have been educated by the best in the field to get you wherever it is you want to go.

All of our personal training sessions begin with an assessment and movement screen. From there, sessions are available in packages or a la carte. 

Personal training sessions are 55 minutes with one of our trainers at our gym in Manhattan.
