  • Personal Training at DiSalvo Performance is our core competency. With over a decade of experience in the craft of personal training, Mark and our staff have sharpened our methods and have been educated by the best in the field to get you wherever it is you want to go.

  • Not just in your session, but when you aren’t here. We aren’t a large gym with hundreds of members, so we can stay in touch to keep you progressing. You aren’t anonymous.

    All of our personal training sessions begin with an assessment and movement screen. From there, 55 minute sessions are available in packages or a la carte.

  • Renovated and expanded in the summer of 2023, DiSalvo Performance Training boasts a thoughtful selection of the finest equipment manufactured today.

    All equipment in our gym was selected based on years of experience with clients and athletes of all backgrounds, with some machines customized for us based on our needs.

  • DPT is a welcoming environment that puts our clients first. There’s no limit to what you can achieve with a positive mindset and good attitude.

Charlie Marino

Charlie is an engineer who wanted to drastically change up his training and body composition. Matheus Diniz

Matheus is the 2019 ADCC -88kg World Champion and multiple time title holder in jiu jitsu and submission grappling. In 2024, he competed in the inaugural Craig Jones Invitational (CJI), in which he cut weight to -80kg for the first time in his black belt career. He worked with the team at DiSalvo Performance Training to manage his strength and conditioning, nutrition, and weight cut that saw him easily make weight for the highly anticipated event.
