Terms & Conditions

By purchase of any session at DiSalvo Performance Training, you accept the following rescheduling and cancellation policy:

  • Clients are responsible for managing their appointments and notifying the gym of any changes well in advance.

  • Rescheduling or cancellation of your session requires a minimum of 24-hour notice.

  • Clients must inform the gym through their trainer directly, or by emailing info@disalvotraining.com.

  • "No-shows," or failure to attend a session without any prior notice, will result in immediate forfeiture of payment for the scheduled session.

  • Exceptions to the policy are sudden illnesses and force majeure (city or state mandated weather related circumstances).

The cancellation policy aims to ensure fairness to both clients and trainers, as well as maintain a smooth scheduling process for all at the gym. Your cooperation and support is greatly appreciated!
