Our newly renovated strength and conditioning gym boasts equipment based on years of experience with clients and athletes of all backgrounds, with some machines customized for us based on our needs.

    Josh is a lawyer, father, avid skier, and jiu jitsu blue belt. He’s in his fifties and a lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast who has excelled with strength and conditioning training at DiSalvo Performance.

    Prior to starting with us, he had a string of health issues and was recovering from knee surgery. With the work we’ve done together, Josh has maintained and reinforced his ability to do all of his favorite physical activities.
