Absolutely! Whether you’re a beginner at lifting weights or a seasoned athlete, our Small Group Fitness Classes are the perfect fit and designed for all levels of lifters. We use a combination of circuit training, barbell, kettlebells, and other weight training modalities in this self paced, but instructor-led format.

Short answer: No. We cap each class at 6 people to ensure you’re getting maximum instruction, attention and results. Our Small Group Exercise Classes run 50 minutes.

You can join us for a single class or purchase a package, but no membership is required.
Our gym is only used by our clients and supervised by our personal trainers and small group fitness instructors, during class time or by appointment only. There will be no one else training during class time.
