Rey De Leon
Rey worked at DiSalvo Performance in his 2023 off-season, in which he went on to win two separate Finisher’s Submission Titles, made an ADCC Trials appearance, and earned a Top 15 global ranking on Flo Grappling’s Bantamweight chart.

Matheus Diniz
Matheus is the 2019 ADCC World Champion (-88kg), the highest achievement a grappler can achieve in No Gi Jiu Jitsu. He has had two appearances at ADCC, with a third coming in 2024 at ADCC. He is currently doing his 2024 ADCC World Championship prep at DiSalvo Performance Training.

Arian Carpio
Arian is a 2020 US World team member in wrestling and current member of the Filipino National Wrestling Team. She works in person with Mark, but spends 3-4 workouts per week on her own via our Online Training & Programming Platform.
Her 2024 off-season was spent working in a hybrid fashion with us.

Off-season programs can be done individually or with a small group of other athletes. Off-season programs are done for a specific length of time (8 to 12 weeks). Because most services at DiSalvo Performance are individualized, please contact us and let us know what you are looking for, and we’ll advise the best path for you!

We work with athletes from any and every sport from team sports like hockey to individual sports like tennis. Our specialty is combat athletes (MMA, wrestling, boxing, jiu jitsu, and more), but we have experience working with NBA and Euro League basketball players, Olympic sport athletes, board sports and much more.

Strength and Conditioning programs at DiSalvo Performance Training are based around individual sessions at the gym with your coach, and supplemented by workouts on our Online Platform.

Yes. You will work in person with your coach at agreed upon intervals and the rest of your training is provided to you online via our Online Training platform.
Note: Off-season programs can be done entirely in person if desired
